City Library combines 2000m2 of floor space with a collection of 40,000 items, free wifi, computers, copiers to scan and print, an outdoor resort style balcony and beautifully designed interior and furniture.
There are quiet spaces, free community meeting rooms, one of which doubles as a makerspace - a sound-proof room offering opportunities for singing, playing, making and tinkering, in an acoustically friendly space.
Technology forms a core part of the City Library experience, including smart borrowing kiosks and free WIFI. You will also see our helpful library staff roaming with iPads.
City Library offers a range of programs for everyone from babies and children to adults, and has a warm natural ambience and comfortable seating. City Library is the community’s living room.
