Shellharbour City Council

Shellharbour City Council moved into the administration tower of the Civic Centre in January 2018. Over 200 Council staff work in the building, which includes a large customer service area, designed with our customers in mind. 

The concierge desk and customer service area provides services to Shellharbour customers and community members, including lodgement of Development Applications and associated works, requests for environmental control, information on rates and requests for waste collection, and facilitation of payments.
